How do I request a walkthrough?

When do real calls start?
After you add a loved one, pick the days and times, and choose a plan. A sample on this page is not that call. Kinse makes the first real call only after you choose a plan.
Is Kinse a medical or emergency service?
No. The sample is a check-in call or a medication reminder. Kinse is not a clinician and not 911. In an emergency, call 911.
