Kinse is priced per person Kinse calls. Essentials is $29 a month ($290 yearly) with 150 call minutes a month, about 35 a week. Everyday is $44 a month ($440 yearly) with 220 call minutes a month, about 50 a week. Family is $54 a month ($540 yearly) with 280 call minutes a month, about 65 a week. Each person on your plan adds call minutes to one shared total every month. Anyone's calls can use them. One plan covers everyone you add. Minutes are shared, so whoever needs more calls can use more. Check-in calls and medication reminder calls use the same call minutes. Calls that go to voicemail use no minutes. How do call minutes work?
Each person on your plan adds call minutes to one shared total every month. Anyone's calls can use them. Check-in calls and medication reminder calls use the same call minutes. Someone added partway through a month adds minutes for the days left, and their full minutes from the next month. Each answered call rounds up to the whole minute, so a 70-second call uses 2 minutes. Calls that go to voicemail or are not answered use no minutes. Check-in calls are up to 10 minutes, and reminder calls are up to 2 minutes. As a guide, a reminder call every day uses up to about 60 minutes a month, and a check-in call once a week uses up to about 45. When this month's minutes are nearly used up, check-ins become a short hello of about 3 minutes. Your Billing page shows how many minutes are left and about how many your schedule uses each month. If the minutes run out, check-in calls and other reminder calls pause until your next billing date, and you get an alert. Medication reminder calls keep calling on schedule. If you need more, you can add 60 minutes for $10. Added minutes you do not use carry over one month. If you already have a plan, you keep the price you signed up at.
Is price per person?
Yes. You pay for each person Kinse calls. People you invite to the care team are not billed as extra people.
Is there a free trial of live calls?
No. There is no free trial of live phone calls. They start when you choose a plan. Before that, you can hear a sample call with no signup. You can also make a free account and talk with Cora yourself for 3 minutes. Neither needs a credit card.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Change or cancel in Billing after you sign in. Changing plans changes how many call minutes you get each month. Yearly plans renew once a year.
What does “from 6” mean for Enterprise?
Enterprise billing starts at 6 people at $44 per person a month. Larger programs can move toward $35 per person a month from 25 people. Organization yearly billing is 12 times the monthly rate, without the household two months free. Talk to us when you need more than a household plan.
