Medication reminders by phone

Confirmations you can see

At dose time, Kinse calls, names the medication, and asks whether it was taken. Taken, missed, refused, or unclear shows up on your dashboard. No app for the person who answers.

How a medication reminder works

Medication reminders are dose-time calls, separate from check-ins unless Kinse merges them when schedules overlap.

  1. 1

    Add the medication and times

Enter the name, dose, and schedule in Kinse, the caregiver web app.

  2. 2

    Kinse calls at dose time

An outbound call goes out at each scheduled time.

  3. 3

    Cora asks for confirmation

Out loud, in plain words: did you take it?

  4. 4

    The dashboard records it

Taken, missed, refused, or unclear, logged for you to see.

Four ways a dose can land

Every reminder call resolves to one clear status on your dashboard. Nothing is guessed.

Taken

They confirmed the medication on the call.

Missed

No confirmation was captured for the dose.

Refused

They declined to take it on the call.

Unclear

The answer could not be confirmed either way.

What Kinse does not do

Kinse does not prescribe, change, or recommend doses. Caregivers configure the names, doses, and schedules. Clinical decisions stay with professionals and families.
