How a medication reminder works

Medication reminders are dose-time calls, separate from check-ins unless Kinse merges them when schedules overlap.

Four ways a dose can land

Every reminder call resolves to one clear status on your dashboard. Nothing is guessed.

Taken

They confirmed the medication on the call.

Missed

No confirmation was captured for the dose.

Refused

They declined to take it on the call.

Unclear

The answer could not be confirmed either way.
