Common questions
Do these tools cost anything?
No. The worksheets on this page are free. You fill them in here, then print or download if you want a copy. Kinse phone check-ins are a separate plan: Essentials is $29 a month and Everyday is $39, for each person Kinse calls. You do not need a plan to use these tools.
Do they diagnose anyone?
No. These tools do not diagnose anyone. The coverage check names who covers the week. The connection check separates how often a real conversation happens from whether your loved one feels they have people in the week. Local aging services builds a call plan. The Care Compare finder shows CMS stars. The cost planner totals quotes you already have. None of them is a clinical scale.
Is this 911?
No. These tools are not 911. If someone is in danger, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. Kinse does not dispatch.
How does Kinse fit after a tool?
Kinse is the next step if you want a scheduled call, not another worksheet. Kinse works with any phone, even a landline, on the days you set. Your loved one answers. You get a short summary. Save Kinse's number as Cora. Your loved one does not install an app. Hear a sample call if you want to hear the voice first.
