Caregiver coverage check

Five short questions about daily help, distance, backup, routine coordination, and personal time. You leave with a written coverage plan, not a score.

The Kinse caregiver coverage check is a worksheet for families. Five questions cover daily help, distance, backup, routine coordination, and personal time. You leave with a written plan for named people and phone check-ins. Kinse does not grade families, replace a local helper who can show up in person, or keep answers after you leave. Print or download if you want a copy for siblings.

Question 1 of 5

This week, how often is someone available for daily needs?

Common questions

What do I leave with?
A written plan for the week. Each theme is either covered or still needs a named person. There is no score and no ranking of families. Morning help and evening help can be two different people. Write those names down so the week is not only in one person's head.
Is this a burden score?
No. Kinse does not grade the family. The check names gaps so you can write who covers which part of the week, including days when no one can arrive in person. A sibling who lives far away can still be the person who calls, without being scored as a worse caregiver.
Where do phone check-ins fit?
Use them for hours no one can be there in person. Kinse works with any phone, even a landline. Your loved one answers. You get a short summary. That does not replace a helper who can arrive the same day. The worksheet stays with the family. Kinse does not show up at the door.
Does Kinse save my answers?
No. Kinse does not save the answers you type here. Print or download keeps a copy from this visit. Leave the page and the answers are gone. The worksheet is for the family to share, not for Kinse to score later.
