Before the aide knocks.

Clients answer any phone, even a landline. The summary is ready before the aide walks in.

Kinse for home health agencies places phone check-ins and medication reminders between home visits. Clients need no app. Aides and coordinators see the latest summary, confirmations, and alerts before the next visit. Kinse is not a visit, an EHR, or 911.

The client

Phone check-ins between home-health visits

The home already has a phone. Kinse uses it.

Check-in calls and medication reminders go out at the client's local time, any time of day. No app. No tablet to leave behind.

The aide

Open the summary. Then knock.

Last contact. What was taken. A missed or refused medicine, if one happened. The aide does not have to reconstruct the week from a voicemail chain.

The family

Read-only for a daughter. Schedule control for the coordinator.

Invite the family when the program wants that. Family sees the same summary. Family does not become the scheduler unless you say so. The family story is For families. The caseload story is For care organizations.

Family plans $29 / $39 per person who is called. An agency caseload is Talk to us

Common questions

How is this different from For care organizations?
Same product. This page is the home-visit case: the aide reads the summary before the next door. The organization page is the caseload and billing conversation.
Do clients need a smartphone?
No. Any phone is enough, even a landline. The client answers the phone. There is no app to install between visits.
Can the family see the same summary?
Yes, with a role you choose. Read-only is enough for a relative who should know how the call went, not manage the schedule.
Does this replace a visit?
No. It is the phone between visits. The aide still comes to the door. Kinse does not replace that visit or 911.

Between visits, Kinse places the calls.
