At a glance

Supplemental connection, not clinical care

Warm phone check-ins that help residents feel contacted, with short written summaries for staff follow-up.

Familiar phone, no new device

Kinse dials a number the resident already answers. Nothing for them to install.

Ready to talk about scale

Contact us about Enterprise when self-serve limits are too small for your community.

Challenges we address

Quiet stretches between other care activities

Scheduled phone check-ins create an extra touchpoint so residents still hear a familiar, unhurried voice.

Updates that get lost across shifts

Short written summaries help staff know what was said without hunting through texts.

Technology residents will not use

Kinse dials out. Residents only need to answer the phone.

Programs larger than a handful of people

Enterprise setup supports nursing homes and multi-site communities that need more than self-serve.

What you get

Phone check-ins

Cora calls on the schedule your team sets and keeps each conversation simple.

Optional medication reminder calls

Where phone reminders fit your workflow, dose-time calls can record taken, missed, refused, or unclear outcomes for staff review.

Staff alerts for follow-up

When a check-in is missed or a medication is not confirmed, Kinse can notify the staff contacts you choose.

Shared staff visibility

Your team sees the same short summaries so follow-up is clearer across shifts.

Enterprise billing

Custom plans for larger communities. See Pricing for self-serve limits, then contact us for nursing home programs.

Does not replace nursing systems

Kinse is not an EHR, med-pass tool, or emergency system. It adds connection and plain staff summaries alongside existing clinical care.

Frequently asked questions

How does Kinse fit nursing homes?
As a supplemental connection layer. Nursing home teams can schedule warm phone check-ins so residents hear from Kinse between other care activities, and staff get a short written summary afterward.
Do residents need a new device?
No. Kinse dials the number they already answer. There is nothing for residents to install.
Does this replace nursing med passes or our EHR?
No. Kinse does not replace clinical documentation, med-pass workflows, or 911. Optional medication reminder calls are for outreach and confirmation visibility for staff, not clinical medication administration.
Can this work across a larger census?
Self-serve covers up to 5 people. For a whole community or multi-site program, contact us about Enterprise for the right plan and setup help.
What happens after we reach out?
We start with how your team covers resident connection today, then discuss schedules, which staff should see summaries, and whether medication reminder calls fit alongside your existing clinical processes.
