Solutions · Care facilities
Today’s clients. Last check-in.
Clients answer on any phone, even a landline. Staff see last check-in, alerts, and who still needs a call.
Kinse for care facilities places phone check-ins for clients on a caseload. Cora calls. Staff see one list. Sites tag programs. Kinse is not a nurse-call system, an EHR, or 911.
The client
Phone check-ins for assisted living and residential care
A reachable phone. No client app.
Room phone or mobile. One question at a time. Clients can skip. No client app. A facility that will not allow a reachable number is not a fit. In a residence they may be called a resident once; Kinse still enrolls them as a client.
Today’s clients
One list.
Last check-in, open alerts, who still needs a call. Not a family summary.
Sites
Program tags, not a roster.
Sites filter the caseload by program. Frontline, Coordinator, and Org Admin share one list. That list is not a family list. Family belongs on For families. Alerts go to staff on the case.

Limits
- Kinse is not a nurse-call, wander system, or medical alert.
- Many facilities restrict personal phones. If there is no number to dial, Kinse cannot place the call.
- Kinse does not replace staffing, a care plan, or 911.
- No recordings. No full transcripts.
- Long-stay nursing homes are a separate page when that door fits better.
