How phone check-ins work in Kinse
Medication reminders, scheduled outbound calls, and the short summary the care team can share.
Kinse schedules phone check-ins and medication reminders. The loved one answers any phone, even a landline. Caregivers read a short summary: what was said, which medications were confirmed, and what still needs a person to follow up. People you invite to the care team are not billed as extra people on the membership.
Medication reminders are short calls about a dose the family already set. They are not a pharmacy and they are not dosing advice. Confirmation on the call is for the care team to read, not a clinical chart. Phone check-ins stay on how the day is going, not on a pill count. The two calls stay separate.

No. Your loved one answers any phone, even a landline. Kinse is where the caregiver sets the days and times. There is no new device to buy and no app for the person who answers.
Are medication reminders a separate product?
No. They are part of Kinse. Reminder calls stay short and name the medicine when it is due. Phone check-ins can last longer and stay on how your loved one is doing. Both use Cora as the voice when a call is placed. You do not buy a second product for reminders.
What do you see after a call?
A short summary and medication confirmations the care team can act on. Kinse does not store call recordings. You read the summary, not a recording. If something needs a person, the alert goes to members of the care team you invite.
