The problem with bare reminder alerts
A bare reminder alert can say a time, but it cannot hear whether the medicine was taken, missed, or refused. Families then guess from silence.
The person receiving care often already has a phone they will answer. Another app, another login, and another alarm is the part they resist.
A short call that names the medicine
A medication reminder is a short call at the time the family set. Cora names the medicine and asks whether it was taken. A phone check-in is about how the day is going. If a check-in and a medication reminder fall close together, Cora may cover both in one call.
This is not a pharmacy and not dosing advice. The family already chose the medicine and the time. Kinse does not change the prescription. Medicines marked as needed stay on the list. Kinse does not place an automatic reminder call for those.
What the care team still sees
The care team sees whether each dose was taken, missed, refused, or unclear, in a short summary after the call. Everyone you invite to the care team reads the same summary. Kinse does not turn those answers into a percentage, and it does not store a recording.
If you want to hear the voice before any of this starts, hear a sample call, then choose a plan. Outbound reminder calls start after that plan, not before.
